Provides professional service and expertise in a broad, overarching and unspecified area of financial matters, which may include planning, analysis and reporting accountabilities for organizational unit(s) assigned. in a range of functional areas of all Siemens organization.

This position will serve as the business partner for the DX QT organization.  Responsibilities mainly cover monthly project/cost center reporting & analysis and periodic forecasting & annual budgeting.  This position reports into the head of DX FI BPC FC.  The successful candidate should possess excellent communication and database skills, strong attention to detail, organization skills, and a can-do attitude.  It is critical that the successful candidate establish and maintain relationships with a variety of people in different roles / levels and physical locations.

Responsibilities: 

Partner with QT MT and cost center owners to drive ownership of overall cost and FTE developmentSupport QT verticalization projectMeet monthly with cost center owners to review monthly spend and FTE data, understand variances to plan, and update forward looking forecastCreate/maintain routine monthly reporting for cost center and aggregate data levelsCreate/maintain quarterly Executive review materialsAnalyze trend data and provide insights into financial performanceLoad monthly forecast into Jedox consolidation toolDrive productivity initiatives and track resultsCreate annual 5 year budgetProcess month end journal entries in SAP and OneSRM cart approvalsComplete ad hoc analysis as requested by senior management with ability to identify and explain significant variances.Improve automation in reporting processes

Requirements: 

Highly proficient with Microsoft Excel/Access/PowerPoint (Pivot Tables/Macros/Thinkcell), Jedox, SAP7 – 10 years of Financial Analysis experienceAbility to meet strict deadlines and work independently with limited supervision.Ability to effectively communicate with different levels of the organization, both within and outside of Finance.

The base pay range for this position is

Min $119,000 - Max $178,500

Base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Siemens Healthineers offers a variety of health and wellness benefits including paid time off and holiday pay.
