What you can expect:

\n\tWeekly store sales reporting\n\tSupport reporting to align with the company strategic objectives\n\tMonthly accounting for all property costs\n\tWork closely with wider finance team to ensure accurate reporting of costs\n\tMonthly reporting and analysis of all retail costs. In particular, store payroll\n\tSupporting BP for Quarterly forecasting and Annual budgeting of full Retail P&L, Sales, Margin and costs\n\tDevelop strong relationships with the Retail team and work with field team to drive cost efficiencies\n\tSeek opportunities to drive positive change in finance and/or business processes to improve efficiency, maximise value for money and improve stakeholder experience\n\tProvide investment appraisals for new stores and renovation projects and timely preparation of Board Packs for Group level approval\n\tManage staff commission and store manager bonus calculation\n\tSeek opportunities to drive positive change in finance and/or business processes to improve efficiency, maximise value for money and improve stakeholder experience\n

 

Your profile:

\n\tExcellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with all levels within the company.\n\tEnthusiastic, self-confident and pro-active.\n\tStrong organizational skills\n\tStrong attention to detail and is very analytical.\n\tWilling to adapt and take on new challenges and driven to continually improve.\n\tProfessionalism is maintained at all times.\n\tAble to handle multiple demands and competing priorities successfully\n\t\n\t

Preferred experience/skills

\n\n\n\tCommercial Finance experience\n\tPart Qualified accountant (ACCA/CIMA/ACA)\n\tPreferable background in a retail environment or multi-site businesses or online retailing\n\tExperience in SAP would be preferable\n\tStrong excel skills and experience in building MI Reporting\n\n\n\n\n\n\n
