Job DescriptionMonthly P&L actual review and working with SSC for month end. This will include:Ensure costs are recorded correctly.Compliance in accordance with Group guidelines and timely release of accruals, if any.Maintaining original copies of vouchers, invoices or correspondence necessary of payable records are filed correctly and efficientlyProvide additional analysis and reconciling of general ledger accounts as requiredBuild necessary financial / management reports from appropriate systems for review and analysis purposeIdentify and timely report risks and opportunities for the business and cost managementUpdate commentary highlights concisely, anticipating potential questions and address them in advance with supporting analysis as appropriateProvide Business Partner support to event teamProvide support in submission of timely, accurate and commercially focused Budget, Forecast and 3-Year Planning in line with agreed templates and timetablesAd hoc queries / requests from various stakeholders

Qualifications3+ years of business finance or other relevant experience in an MNC environment preferredEnglish: Strong fluency in both verbal communication and writingAccountable and willing to accept responsibilities.Well-organized and good prioritizationGrowth mindset and ability to adapt to a changing environment. Passion to learn and growStrong problem-solving skills, proactive and results oriented.Comfort dealing with Business partner/ colleagues.
