Ecolab is seeking Undergraduate Finance and Accounting Interns to join our Summer 2025 Internship Program. This selective program offers accelerated experience to grow your financial and leadership skills through three unique position rotations out of our North America offices within Ecolab Finance.
What You Will Do:
Own a project within an operating division or corporate finance group and hone your technical, communication, and team building skills
Partner with your manager, team, and stakeholders to research, review, and propose project solutions to your project’s objective
Formally present your project overview, findings, and recommendations to Ecolab Finance Leaders and Finance Development Program associates at the end of the summer
Participate in thoughtful summer programming that will provide you professional development and exposure to our company culture through networking events, Leader Talks, and social get togethers.
Position Details:
Relocation Expectations – Interns are placed by their project interest in February to one of the following office locations:
St. Paul, MN
Naperville, IL
Greensboro, NC
Houston, TX
Interns must be willing to relocate to one of the above locations for the 10 weeks
Relocation assistance is available for those meeting requirements
Minimum Qualifications:
Pursuing an undergraduate degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics
Junior status with graduation dates in Winter 2025 or Spring 2026
Must be authorized to work in the US without any sponsorship, now and anytime in the future
Preferred Qualifications:
Basic understanding of financial and management accounting principles
Ability to utilize and learn new tools and systems to manipulate and analyze financial data
Strong Microsoft excel skills
Project management skills with strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Well-developed organizational and communication skills
Ability to collaborate in diverse, cross-functional teams and environment
Ability to cultivate relationships with internal and external customers
Annual or Hourly Compensation Range:
$22 - $24 / hour. This position pays an hourly rate and is eligible for overtime.Annual or Hourly Compensation Range is based on full-time 40 hours per week. Ecolab in good faith anticipates it will pay within the posted range. Many factors are taken into consideration when determining the compensation for a potential new employee such as education, training, experience, work location, travel (if required), etc.
