Finance and Admin Analyst (Open to Newly Graduates) [For Pooling]
Position Description:

The Junior Finance and Admin Analyst/Finance and Admin Analyst is responsible in analyzing financial status by collecting, monitoring, and studying data, recommending actions. They will also be responsible in determining cost of operations by establishing standard costs, collecting operational data and identifies financial status by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

• Understand fundamental finance concepts used on projects and processes within the organization
• Provide Operations support services e.g. Financial Reporting, Financial report extracts, Quality of Data/Report, Improvements/Automation and other administrative reports.
• Generate high-quality reports on a daily, weekly, monthly or yearly basis as may be required by the Project Managers and S/BU clients.
• Analyze data and provide a strategic recommendation based on the findings or information available
• Prepare and participate in the project review meeting as necessary.
• Log data into tools and applications when necessary, on behalf of the counterparts requiring the service, while upholding data confidentiality and integrity
• Perform other functions as may be required by the Operations Lead and Manager

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (e.g., Finance, Accounting, Management Accounting, Accounting Technology, Accounting Information System, Management, Commerce, Banking and Finance, Economics, and other related programs) and Mathematics
• 0-2 years work experience (newly graduates are welcome to apply)
• Willingness to work on a day and/or midshift
• Amenable to work on a hybrid work set-up (Mckinley, Taguig) and should have a stable internet connection at home
