**Alaant Workforce Solutions is seeking a Finance and Operations Manager for a local non-profit The Finance and Operations Manager will play a critical role in overseeing the financial health and operational efficiency of the organization. This role will focus heavily on financial responsibilities, including managing the month-end close process, preparing financial statements, and providing data-driven insights for senior leadership. Additionally, this role will support operational functions, ensuring smooth and efficient business processes.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, excellent analytical skills, and a proactive approach to process improvement.
