Finance and Vendor Specialist
Job Description We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and organized Finance and Vendor Systems Specialist to join our dynamic construction finance team in Las Vegas. In this role, you will be responsible for entering and managing information in vendor systems, inputting employee data, handling high-volume Excel tasks, and ensuring the accurate input of ad hoc data pertaining to the project at hand. Your precision and attention to detail will be crucial in maintaining the integrity of our financial and vendor information. Vendor System Management: Accurately enter and update information in vendor systems, ensuring all data is complete and up-to-date. Employee Data Input: Manage and input employee information into the companys financial and HR systems. Excel Proficiency: Handle high-volume data tasks using Excel, including data analysis, reporting, and complex spreadsheet management. Attention to Detail: Maintain extreme attention to detail in all tasks to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and financial regulations. Bank Routing Numbers: Correctly use bank routing numbers for various financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and preventing errors. Collaboration: Work closely with the finance team and other departments to ensure smooth operations and accurate data management. Compliance: Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Skills and Requirements High School Diploma. Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field a plus Proven experience in finance, vendor management, or a related role within the construction industry. Exceptional proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions and formulas like vlookups. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial transactions. Knowledge of vendor systems and bank routing numbers is highly desirable. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
