As a finance assistant at Gallup, you will be accountable for financial management of sales contracts from kickoff to closure, serving clients and internal partners around the world. Using your strong administrative and execution skills, you will create, reconcile and deliver invoices in accordance with your client contracts. Your impeccable financial analysis, contract compliance, project coordination and relationship-building skills will ensure clarity for all stakeholders.
With attention to detail and commitment to excellence, you will identify issues worthy of further examination, project confidence as you escalate discussions to internal and external partners, and have the courage to stand up for what is right when necessary.

Bachelor’s degree preferred At least one year of professional experience working on contracts, billing, project management, budgets, claims processing or a similar area required Proficiency in Excel required Full fluency in English and German required The ability to work at our London office at least three days per week required Eligibility to work in the United Kingdom required; this position is not eligible for employment visa sponsorshipWhat we offer:
