The Opportunity
To support our commitment in providing world-class finance shared services, two opportunities have arisen for extended finance administrative support to Manila Shared Services Center (SSC). The Finance Assistants will work with Manila SSC, project teams and other departments to help local/HK ground support. The roles are based in Hong Kong office.
Your role in our team
Manila SSC extension support located in HK Mainly prepares and organizes the hard copy requirements for all government’s site projects before endorsing to the project team. Responsible in receiving the original copies, scanning and saving the documents in the shared folder. Responsible in printing documents required as supporting document. Act as liaison between Manila AR team and local contacts such as the project team, local bank, courier and other departments. Prepares cheque deposit slips and arrange pick-up with the local bank. Prepares manual receipt to be sent to the client and arrange pick-up of receipt with the local courier. Responsible in receiving the original contract and arranging the transfer of the document to the warehouse. HK Arup Physical cheque custodian. Prepares the joint venture cheque and administer signatories Other adhoc tasks that may require ground support.

Is this role right for you?
Associate degree related to business administration courses Around 3 years of relevant working experience would be an advantage Capable of communicating at all levels and building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Ability to work independently using own initiative and as part of a team. Organized. Strong attention to detail and an emphasis on accuracy. Proven ability to see projects through completion, ensuring task are finished accurately and efficiently Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
