Job Description
We are now seeking a Finance assistant to join our team of seasoned professsionals. Taking responsibility for providing administrative support and ensuring the creation of accurate and reliable data, you will be working alongside a highly experienced, time-served team who will give you the support and guidance needed to develop your career.
Job responsibilities of Finance Assistant include:
Raising of purchase ordersReconcile of 3rd party volume dataSupport with the month end processManage the weekly debt reportChecking accuracy of purchase invoices and nominal codingUpdate of purchase order logsReconciliation of weekly subcontract costs and resolving queriesReconciliation and management of petty cashReconciliation of Deployment and KronosPreparation of weekly costingsOrdering of office stationary / uniforms / materials / packaging etc.QualificationsTo apply for the role of Finance Assistant, you will possess the following skills, experiences and qualifications:
