Company Description

We are looking for a Finance Assistant to join our team at Ennismore in a corporate and hotel focused role, as well as assisting with Ecosystem Expansion – the expansion of a number of our new business divisions and high growth business ventures. This role will be aiding our Management Accountant with maintaining the Sales and General Ledger, conducting revenue audits, being the link between the Finance and Member Services teams, and assisting with month-end tasks and reports. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a high-growth hospitality company in a varied Finance role.

 

Job Description

What you’ll do…

Revenue Reconciliation: Conduct income audits, review daily revenue, prepare general ledger bank postings, and perform bank reconciliationsSales Ledger: Raise invoices, provide statements and post incoming receiptsManage the AP inbox for Dis-loyaltyLiaise with the Dis-loyalty team for Membership charges and other Membership related costsPrepare and post General Ledger journalsAccruals and Prepayments: Handle prepayments, accruals, and other month-end journalsPost month-end department reclassesAssist with preparation of the monthly P&L Pack reportsBalance Sheet Reconciliations: Prepare monthly balance sheet reconciliationsAssist with the preparation of audit documentationAd-Hoc: Assist with various administrative tasks as required, ensuring smooth financial operations

 

Qualifications

What we’re looking for…

Minimum of two years’ experience in a Finance Assistant or entry-level Finance roleComfortable working in a dynamic environment where priorities shift, and processes evolveAbility to meet deadlines for month-end reporting and help the team meet other statutory deadlinesA down-to-earth approach with no ego, ready to get things doneOpen to new ideas, creative problem-solving, and trying (almost) everything onceTeam-oriented with a strong work ethic and a sense of fun
