Finance Assistant/Coordinator

 

In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

Project Management Assessing the achievements and resource requirements of ongoing projects Supporting project managers by preparing project plans, establishing and operating a monitoring process, evaluating and measuring completed projects using the PDCA principle  Support project managers Assisting tasks Global Operation Finance Director internal and external meetings, calendar maintenance Management of Global Operations Finance Director work files, structured storage Preparing cost accounting Managing room bookings Organising meetings involving the finance department Coordinating university contacts: Supporting dual training Coordination of University teaching in the external department Coordinating the planning of Higher Education recruitment events, liaising with HR team (Roadshows, Job Fairs, NI Open Days)

For this Role, You will Need:

Secondary education Commitment to continuous improvement High level of planning and organisational skills Fluency in English (written and spoken) MS Office,  Knowledge of company processes
