Finance Assistant Manager, Accounting & Reporting

This role involves accounting, financial reporting and tax filing, along with some mix of account payables and T&E expense review. It requires integrity and proactive personality to collaborate with various stakeholders.


Responsibilities:

Monthly in charge of accrual, payroll accounting and fixed asset sub-ledger to ensure monthly closing is accurate

Complete monthly balance sheet and income statement and reconciliations to ensure smooth accounting operation

Oversee all aspects of finance and accounting functions to ensure timely and accuracy of submission of regular reports

Main contact windows of internal and external auditors to drive the fieldwork of statutory audit and tax audit, and cooperate with different units to gather accounting records to make sure that all financial targets were met

Timely deliver monthly report/package and annual tax returns and transfer pricing report in time and ensure the accuracy

Main contact windows of tax inquiries and transfer pricing report from tax authorities to review any potential tax risk

Ad-hoc tasks or projects if any


Requirements:

Bachelor degree in business administration/ Finance or Accounting

5+ years of experience in Finance, Accounting and AP related roles

Qualified accountant with CPA firm experience would be ideal

Fluent written and verbal English and Mandarin skills

Familiar with Office. Oracle

Detail oriented, proactive, and ability to work independently with cross-functional stakeholders
