Finance Associate, Milk Supply
We are looking for a dynamic Finance Associate to partner with our Milk Supply team, providing strategic insights and driving financial performance. You will be part of our Commercial Finance team and play a key role ensuring the competitiveness of our main ingredient, milk.
More concretely, you will:
Partner with the Head of Milk Supply to deliver financial insights and recommendations Drive the data-driven decision-making across the organization Develop and maintain reporting requirements to support structured performance management Ensure accuracy of the intake volumes and their financial implications Meet monthly reporting requirements and ensure smooth month-end processes Monitor volumes and costs and provide difference analysis Work with external stakeholders to ensure timely receipt of required information
To succeed in this role, You should:
Be proactive, results-driven, and eager for continuous improvement Have 2-5 years of relevant financial experience Have a keen financial acumen with an understanding of management reporting Possess strong MS Office skills (mainly Excel), SAP knowledge preferable Have strong communication skills in both English and Finnish Exhibit strong analytical skills and the ability to provide constructive feedback Have keen eye for detail Be able to work under pressure and to strict deadlines
