Finance Associate | 0012 - Cebu IT Park Job ID 160463 Posted 27-Mar-2024 Service line GWS Segment Role type Full-time Areas of Interest Accounting/Finance Location(s) Apas - Cebu - Philippines, Balamban - Cebu - Philippines, Bantayan - Cebu - Philippines, Bogo - Cebu - Philippines, Carcar - Cebu - Philippines, Cebu City - Cebu - Philippines, Cogan - Cebu - Philippines, Compostela - Cebu - Philippines, Consolacion - Cebu - Philippines, Cordova - Cebu - Philippines, Danao - Cebu - Philippines, Lapu-Lapu City - Cebu - Philippines, Liloan - Cebu - Philippines, Mandaue City - Cebu - Philippines, Minglanilla - Cebu - Philippines, Pinamungahan - Cebu - Philippines, Toledo - Cebu - Philippines **Job Summary** The Business Support Team is leading the way to provide business support requirements to all accounts in the Philippines and to implement standardized processes across the board to provide accurate and timely support for business requirements. **Work Schedule:** 6 days/ Per week, regular office hours **Work location:** Cebu IT Park **Key Responsibilities** + Administrative work + Ensures administrative works are completed accurately and on time such as PO issuance + Ensure the supported accounts on the open PO report are follow-up with vendors actively on invoicing and resolve discrepancies + Finance / Accounting + Ensures month-end closing activities are performed accurately and timely + Ensure financial records such vendor invoices / service reports are kept and file in order + Ensure financial trackers are accurate and up to date + Ensure the supported accounts revenue/costs are expected as per Run rates + Accounts Receivable + Collection of accounts receivable + Alert site leads on outstanding invoices due and follow-up on past dues + Filing of all necessary documentation for audits + Support in Audit + Support ad-hocs project requests where necessary **Required Knowledge and Skills:** + Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from a four-year college or university in a business and/or accounting/finance related field + Technical knowledge: good knowledge of Finance processes + Communication: good verbal and written communication skills + Problem solving: able to independently resolve issues in a safe and timely manner + Collaboration: displays the ability to work in a team.
