CORE RESPONSIBILITIES JOB OPPORTUNITY

 

General Accounting and Reporting

Support finance team in ensuring that local accounting practices comply with BCG policies and local accounting regulationsParticipate in the Month End Closing process and complete the year end closeMaintain the Fixed Asset Register and ensure assets are tracked appropriatelyReconciliation of general ledger accounts.

 

 

Accounts Payable

Create new suppliers and bank accounts in Oracle APConduct regular audits of expensesMaintain suppliers’ invoices and employees ERs foldersConduct monthly analysis of Uber expensesFollow up on Amex expensesWork with EP&P team to reconcile suppliers accounts

 

Project Management

Ensure timely submission of timesheetsProcess timesheets corrections on T&B

 

SAP Implementation

Assist in data clean up and validationParticipate in User Acceptance Training

QUALIFICATIONS

 

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. CPA is an added advantage.

 

Experience: Up to 1 year of experience in a finance-related role (internships or entry-level positions qualify).

Skills:

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial tools or software (e.g., Oracle, SAP).Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
