What you'll do

 

First level query management via ticketing system Processing course and certification registrations for SAP Training and Adoption products (back-end & front-end) Supporting customers with Troubleshooting  Invoicing, issuing cancellations and credit notes (incl. Dispute Case Management) Close cooperation and communication with external and internal customers General administrative tasks Continuous process improvement

We are a diverse and friendly team who covers the MEE region in the Order-to-Cash Training department. The majority of our team is located in Prague but we also have four amazing colleagues supporting us from Buenos Aires.
