Finance & Budget Coordinator (Part-time)

This position would support the Budget & Finance Manager through daily accounts payable responsibilities - obtaining W-9 and requesting vendor set up through Banner. Entering invoices, with supporting documentation and correct FOAPAL, matching purchase orders to invoices. Additionally, work on aging Accounts Receivable and follow-up with both internal and external clients.

Primary Position Responsibilities:

Process accounts payable invoices for event related expenses and departmental operating expenses, with an accurate FOAPAL.
