The Role

Seeking a skilled Finance Business Central Consultant to join the team. In this role, you will leverage your financial expertise and technical proficiency to deliver end-to-end Business Central implementations. You will work closely with clients to understand their business processes, configure solutions to meet their needs, and provide ongoing support to ensure long-term success.

Responsibilities:

* Lead and participate in full-cycle Business Central implementations, including requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
* Collaborate with clients to analyze their financial processes and provide tailored solutions.
* Configure and customize Business Central to align with client needs.
* Conduct training sessions for end-users to ensure successful adoption.
* Provide post-implementation support and resolve any issues.
* Stay updated with the latest Business Central features and capabilities to bring innovative ideas to clients.



Skills and Experience:

* Experience: Proven track record of end-to-end Business Central implementations.
* Financial Background: Strong understanding of finance and accounting principles, preferably with a professional certification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, or similar).
* Technical Skills: Proficiency in configuring and customizing Business Central.
* Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify and resolve issues effectively.
* Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
* Adaptability: Ability to work on both local and international projects and adapt to varying client needs.
