DTP seeks to improve how our business operates in the future based on globally aligned business processes. The program has multiple tracks across IT and Business (Commercial, Operations, and Finance). Reporting to the Business Delivery Director for Finance, you will manage the global financial track in DTP. **Your contribution is appreciated, and your key responsibilities will be:** + Project management in the finance track of the Digital Transformation Program + Support the finance organization in communicating precise finance requirements (use cases, user stories, and bugs) to ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 + Stakeholder management: Support communication, change management and implementation efforts in the finance organization + In an agile setting (SAFe), you will collaborate closely with the IT Delivery Manager and the Finance Product Owner (PO) team. Your primary focus will be working with Finance stakeholders, while the IT Delivery Manager will focus on the IT delivery team **To perform well in the role, we imagine that you have:** + Solid academic previous experience with with a relevant master's degree, e.g., a master's in business administration or a similar educational background and a relevant certification in project management + Extensive experience with delivering from a similar position, managing complex ERP implementation projects from a multinational corporation or a consultancy firm + Several years of experience overseeing the integration of financial requirements into ERP systems, dealing with financial processes, and addressing financial compliance requirements in cooperation with the finance function + Good stakeholder management skills and the ability to build relationships and secure buy-in from stakeholders across functions and divisions + Good communication and presentation skills in English both orally and in writing In addition, experience working in a group finance department or managing Agile teams, mainly using the SAFe framework, will ensure your profile stands out. **We encourage you to apply** Even if you don’t match all the above-mentioned skills, we welcome your application if you think you have transferrable skills.
