The Opportunity:
Be the Finance Insights business partner for the LatAm ecosystem by creating value-added
forecasting, reporting, analysis and insights generation along with optimizing results and
enabling the finance & business transformation.
1. Business Controlling
- Lead the different budget cycles within the regional ecosystem
- Understand, analyze & challenge the business assumptions & market drivers and feed forward strategic recommendations
- Analyze the actual results proactively & provide timely recommendation
- Partner with the regional network leads to provide financial assessment to the business cases helping them to drive impactful actions
- Assume an active role in designing and shaping smart, efficient and simple processes for planning, reporting and automation.
- Provide insights across the region and to senior management ensuring informed decision making.
- Work towards improvement of the regional business and financial results and optimization
of the Net Operating Assets (NOA).
2. Finance & Business Transformation
- Drive regional transformation initiatives. Drive alignment and act as a connector to Dia Finance and other stakeholders beyond
- Drive the prioritization of financial data compilation & generate insightful recommendations / prioritized actions
- Lead meetings and workshops to define actions, challenge outputs, timelines and ways of working based on defined visions, operating principles and guardrails
Who You Are
- You hold a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration with Finance emphasis MBA.
- You have experience in Finance in multinational environment in a similar position. It would be a plus if you have experience in the healthcare industry, specifically in the In Vitro Diag business.
- You are experienced in SAP
- You possess experience in Planning, Reporting and insights generation
- You have excellent analytical and planning skills
- You possess excellent Leadership skills,
- You are a team player, self-motivated, proactive and driver
- You possess high sense of ownership and accountability
- You have strong communication and presentation skills
- You are able to plan and prioritize own work to meet quality standards and deadlines
- You possess project management and cross functional collaboration
- Have continuous improvement mentality and can act as change agent
- Competent at using all Microsoft Office applications, in particular Microsoft Excel to an
advanced level
- Strong stakeholder management skills, proven ability to build successful relationships at
all levels
- You are fluent in English & Spanish
