We are seeking a talented Finance Business Partner for Retail to join our Commercial Finance team at Poundland in Walsall, with the flexibility of hybrid working.
As a key partner to our retail division, you will play a crucial role in providing financial insight and strategic support to drive our retail operations forward.

Collaborating with the retail leadership team to provide financial analysis and insights that inform decision-making and drive business performance. Supporting budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning processes for the retail division. Analysing retail KPIs and trends, delivering actionable insights to improve profitability and efficiency. Working closely with other finance teams to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance. Leading financial projects and initiatives that enhance operational performance within retail. Acting as a trusted advisor to the retail management team, providing guidance on financial matters and business strategy.
Proven experience in a finance business partnering role, ideally within a retail environment. Either full or part qualified accountant Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide clear, actionable insights. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels. Proficiency in financial modelling, forecasting, and budgeting processes. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
