Finance Business Partner
+ Partner with business and provide advice and financial perspective to optimise performance + Build the annual budget and monthly forecast + Work closely with the Executive team Finance Business Partner Our Finance team is excited to be growing through the addition of this newly created position. You will partner with members of our executive team to understand and bring to life relevant insights from a financial perspective, that can aid them in driving business performance. What the day will look like + Partner with the business areas providing insight, steer critical thinking and financial perspective. + Contribute to the ongoing curation and development of scorecards and other financial metrics. + Working with the CFO and FP&A in building the annual budget and monthly forecast. + Proactively work closely with Executives and their teams to review and present accurate and insightful financial information. + Contribute to the preparation of monthly Exec and stakeholder presentation packs. + Support and coach Executives and their teams to be able to understand their results and scorecards. + Critically analyse all cost benefit analysis relating to investment decisions, providing commentary and insight to support the financial decision making process Skills and experience that will lead to success + CA or CPA qualified finance professional with experience as a Finance Business Partner or Management Accountant. + Experience working in complex corporate structures, ideally from within Financial Services. + An expert in leading Month End processes with confidence, the development of financial forecasts and business unit reporting. + Proven stakeholder engagement skills, an effective communicator, an advocate, and confident in your ability to influence and steer. + A high degree of commercial competence and the ability to navigate in a fast paced and complex environment.
