We are now looking for a
FINANCE BUSINESS PARTNER
to our finance team for a fixed-term employment during a family leave.
As a Finance Business Partner, you work as part of our team in close cooperation with business units, providing support in business decisions and strategy formation from an financial perspective. Your main tasks are to produce high-quality analyses, scenarios and forecast models, as well as to coordinate and prepare the budgeting and sales forecasting processes. You support internal reporting to management as well as provide support on business issues. Thanks to our matrix organizational structure, you will be able to work and influence our organization widely. As a Finance Business Partner, you report to the Finance Director. This is a family leave replacement that lasts until approximately January 2025.
QUALIFICATIONS
We expect from you several years of experience in financial management tasks and a good general understanding of both internal and external accounting tasks. You have a university degree suitable for the job and the enthusiasm to further develop as a financial management professional. We especially appreciate the ability to quickly take control of the processes and systems of the economy, and the interest to see deeper into the surface and to perceive the whole. We value strong financial, analytical and problem-solving skills and the ability to learn and grasps concepts fast. You have excellent interaction skills and are a team player. You have strong capabilities to establish networks with local and international business entities. We appreciate being analytical and you take care of the details. You work in a self-directed manner and operate smoothly even under time pressure. In this assignment, we require fluent oral and written skills in Finnish and English.
