The PositionAs the Finance Business Partner, you will be stepping into a cornerstone role within our finance team. This position will collaborate with cross-functional teams across the affiliate, standardize processes, improve efficiency, and promote best practices. The Finance Business Partner will be instrumental in ensuring financial consistency, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and supporting strategic decision-making.Main tasks of the position:
Lead and drive the partnering and insights generation functionLead business/financial planning with an E2E perspective for Disease Areas, aligned with company guardrails. You provide high-quality of business analytics to allow insightful decision-making on sustainable investment, resources prioritization and trade-off, funding for new business opportunities, and drive short/mid/ long term strategiesPartner with the Disease Area Teams to provide financial insights and challenge existing processes to drive impactful business outcomesManage and analyze large and complex data sets using advanced tools such as Excel and SAP.Ensure that resources are allocated to maximize the ambition of Roche TurkiyeProactively manage and delegate tasks within a matrix organization, ensuring timely and effective delivery.Act as a catalyst for squad teams by removing obstacles and driving collaboration to ensure high-quality financial outcomes.Play a strong leadership role within the Finance team and build strong partnerships, particularly with the business function but also across various chapters, squads, and clusters of stakeholder groupsCollaborate with other key players at the Roche local and global level, and participate in global networks to ensure requirements for new solutions and enhancements are managed and delivered effectivelyWho you are:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is required; a higher university degree / MBA is a plusCuriosity, a strong desire to experiment with new ways of working, a creative mindset, and an interest in learning and growing in and beyond Finance.Ability to network throughout a global matrix organization, enjoying working with diverse teams, representing various cultural and professional backgrounds.Proven experience in financial analysis, process improvement, finance controlling, or business partnering for global and local organizationsProven to influence decision-making at the operational level and make an impactExcellent analytical skills with the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insightsBroad Finance knowledge with an entrepreneurial mindset and excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
