Job Description
Reporting to the Finance Executive Director, this Associate Director role will work extensively with the Oncology and Pharmaceutical commercial teams as a key financial and strategic business partner to the support the goals and growth of the commercial business.
Main responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Business partnering on P&L planning and managementActive contributor to the business unit to drive financially sound decisions including resource allocationSupport annual budget, forecast, and strategic planning processProvide financial transparency and present (in a clear and easy to understand manner) to business partners as well as to management teamBe responsible for assumption-based Sales, PGM, Expense forecasting (includes data entry in planning tool)Collaborate closely with planning lead so all information can be consolidated and narratedMonth-end analysis, variance commentary, and follow-upsKey contributor to local and regional presentations and narrativesManage financial uncertainly through identification of risks and opportunitiesActively participate in company and regional projectsHighly motivated and adaptable individual who demonstrates a commitment to excellence and is prepared to contribute beyond the standard expectation. Willingness to engage in continuous professional development, which necessitates a degree of mobility within the organization to explore diverse opportunities for growth. Strong interpersonal skills are essential, as the successful applicant will be required to forge effective connections with colleagues across various teams.
