As a **Financial Planning Analyst** **,** you’ll play a crucial role in supporting our Senior Finance Business Partner and collaborating with dynamic teams across EMEA. You’ll be at the forefront of driving financial performance, delivering key insights, and shaping strategic decisions that help our Core Operations function thrive. **Your role in our mission**
This position functions as a key member of the business FInance Team. The position is responsible for bringing strong financial and analysis input into strategic and tactical thinking of Operations function in the EMEA region (5 clusters with 35 countries) by financial analysis, driving reporting standardization and data accuracy both in the actuals and forecast/budget across the countries. Additionally, this position requires frequent interaction with business line Executive and Core Operational management and therefore strong communication skills are necessary.
+ Create month end Dashboards and presentations for EMEA Operation Leaders and ensure that key stakeholders are aware of any variances to forecast and Budget
+ Provide regional, product, customer and margin level financial performance reporting and analysis with specific guidance in some cases
+ Identify and drive process improvements, including the creation of standard and ad-hoc reports, tool, and dashboards
+ Increase productivity by developing automated reporting/forecasting tools
+ Work closely with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting
+ Be a business partner with the key stakeholders within each global function, working with them to ensure forecasts are up to date and actuals are a true reflection of the business
+ Effectively communicate with internal customers to understand needs and issues and seek feedback to continuously improve process and reporting standardization.

**Valued skills and experience**
+ Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
+ Several years of experience in finance, business analysis, or a related role, ideally within a digital or tech-driven environment.
+ Strong proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.) to create insightful financial reports.
+ Excellent communication skills to interact with various teams and convey financial insights effectively.
+ Ability to analyze complex financial data and provide actionable insights to business stakeholders.
+ A proactive mindset with a focus on process improvement and identifying opportunities for automation and simplification.
