Come join us using your broad financial savvy in a Finance Business Partner role and help us succeeding with our Consumers, Shoppers & Customers!_ **Core Responsibilities** Whilst working across two Executive functions (CFO, People, Places & Culture (PPC)) you will be + Support Executive functions with FP&A and business partnering to drive smart decision making + Play a part in driving improvements to FP&A across the LEGO Group as part of a transformation project + Responsible for reporting, driving consistency, analysis and insight for two Executive functions, to help bridge business decisions to financial impact and build end-to-end clarity in key trade-offs/prioritization dialogues; + Responsible for running Plan & Estimate process, including close collaboration across key business and finance partners; + Responsible for completeness and accuracy of P&L; + Help drive improvement in execution and simplification, working with FBPs and Corporate Finance. **Play your part in our** **team succeeding** Being part of a Finance team of 16, you will support our CFO and People Places & Culture (PPC) Executive functions.
