As a Business Partner in NVR’s Financial Planning Department, you will gain exposure to our corporate finance functions and operational leaders to help you build a strong understanding of our business. You'll engage with the senior management team to complete ad hoc reporting and analysis that will drive the business and work alongside senior leaders to identify opportunities and affect positive change. 

Primary Responsibilities

Provide value-added financial analyses to senior management in support and evaluation of NVR's land acquisition functionReview and analyze financial returns, product costing, abd pricing related to both new and existing land projectsRecommend process, policy, and procedural improvements across operational areas as a result of your analysesOversee new project feasibility analysisPrepare revenue, profit, asset projections and both annual and long-range business plansActively provide ad hoc analysis as requested  

Qualifications 

5+ years professional experience in planning, financial analysis, or public accountingBachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance related field;Master's degree and/or CPA strongly preferredStrong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel Excellent oral and written communication Strategic thinking and persuasive skills"Big Four", large manufacturing, or real estate experience is a plus
