Our mission is to deliver exceptional outcomes with a strong and cohesive financial strategy. **Position Overview** : As a Finance Business Partner and Regional Platform Director for LATAM, you will play a critical role in our financial leadership team. This role focuses on steering the financial performance of our business. You will act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for financial operations within LATAM, covering commercial finance, OPEX control, and risk mitigation. **Key Responsibilities** : **Financial Business Partnering:** + Provide sophisticated commercial insights. + Lead financial review meetings to identify risks, issues, and opportunities. + Develop commercially centered scorecards and metrics. + Advise senior management on performance enhancement and risk minimization. + Coordinate finance-related processes including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management. **Commercial Business Support:** + Oversee pricing governance and participate in new deal tenders. + Conduct post-deal reviews to ensure operational alignment. + Provide advice on contractual obligations and commercial clauses. + Ensure compliance with in-country regulations and legal requirements. **Market Subject Matter Expert (SME):** + Maintain in-depth knowledge of LATAM markets and liaise with both regional and global leadership teams. + Act as the primary contact for finance matters in LATAM. + Foster relationships with various teams and functions within CBRE. **Financial Platform Capabilities:** + Cultivate a service-oriented culture within account teams. + Lead enhancements of financial capabilities and drive process improvement initiatives. + Manage forecasting and budgeting processes and ensure operational compliance. **People Management:** + Train, coach, and develop finance teams across LATAM. + Manage succession planning. + Facilitate knowledge sharing and maintain a pool of in-country financial experts. **Candidate Profile** : **Qualifications:** + Bachelor's degree (finance, accounting, or related field); Master's degree preferred. + Minimum 10+ years’ experience managing a finance department. + Strong understanding of financial performance in industrial or facility management contexts. + Demonstrated experience in a multi-national organization and managing complex projects. + Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous. **Skills:** + Strong analytical and quantitative skills. + Excellent communication and presentation skills. + Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio. + Experience with ERP, reporting tools, and other digital solutions. + Ability to manage multiple priorities and respond flexibly. + Deep commercial acumen and ability to align finance objectives with strategy. + Proven track record in building consensus and advising senior stakeholders. **Join Us** : If you are a forward-thinking finance leader with a passion for driving financial performance and value creation, we encourage you to apply.
