You will be a key strategic partner to the Value Stream leadership team at our Actuation Systems Composite Center of Excellence, providing timely, data-driven insights to support smarter business decisions, maximise returns, and foster a cost-conscious, continuous improvement culture. At our Banbury site, we design, develop, and manufacture high-performance aerospace composite products for military and commercial applications. Our advanced research, development, and manufacturing capabilities include robotic filament winding, multi-axis braiding, and high-volume composite component production. Your ability to build strong relationships, challenge conventional thinking, and drive performance through insightful analysis will be crucial to success.
