Finance Business Partner- Hotel Chocolat

Hotel Chocolat has built a strong position as the UK’s favorite premium chocolate brand and is now expanding in Chicago. New store opening! 

Hotel Chocolat is a highly successful, premium chocolate DTC business, recently acquired into Mars Snacking and led as a stand-alone business unit by founder and CEO Angus Thirlwell.  The ambition is to continue to pioneer a purpose-led, immersive customer experience as the basis for future growth. Today Hotel Chocolat delivers >$250M from its well established and growing UK business, with 150+ stores and cafes, a strong ecommerce platform and key wholesale relationships.  

 A key part of this ambition is to establish the Hotel Chocolat brand in the US, building a successful multi-channel model which can scale, leveraging Mars capabilities.              

What are we looking for? 

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field required 

Previous experience of start-up work. 

Exposure to project management/progress reporting. 

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. 

Organized and able to prioritize/work with concurrency. 

What would be your key responsibilities? 

To partner with US GM and Management Team to govern and manage the approval and onboarding of suppliers, expenditure and performance reporting.

The base pay range for this position at commencement of employment is between the range listed below, however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position will include variable pay, medical and dental benefits, participation in 401k plan, and paid time off benefits. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an applicant receives an offer of employment.
