**The role**
- JOB SUMMARY
Drive digital transformation across the Americas Business and deliver the ambitions set out in Global strategy. A key enabler of this transformation is the design and implementation of a new ERP systems landscape and S/4HANA Global Template to increase the standardization and efficiency of process execution, the data model and technology utilization.
As the Business Process Lead (BPL) for Finance, you will act as Champion, Owner and Custodian of the Commercial ERP (CERP’s) template from a process perspective for the Americas. Responsible for the template process alignment of the Global Template for the Americas. The goal is standardization to the Global Template with the exceptions for Legal, Fiscal, and/or Regulatory (LFR) requirements, the BPL will own closing the gaps based on the LFRs.
Collaborate with the Americas Finance team to assess and articulate business requirements, analyze fit with the Global design template, seek out and assess solution simplification opportunities where business case justification exists. Drive the business towards common, standard Global solutions, while monitoring template adoption and adherence.
- WHAT YOU WILL DO

+ Responsible for developing and setting the direction of travel for the Americas’ future state global template including people, process and data as well as designing appropriate security and controls.
+ Ultimate responsibility of the end-to-end process leadership collaborating with process owners / sponsors and the business as well as the system integrator for the program.
**Solution Design and Documentation**
+ Responsible for defining the solution process design and maintaining documentation.
+ Collaborate with implementation teams through direct involvement in solution alignment / legal fiscal gap analysis / market scoping exercise.
**Process and Template Adherence and Adoption**
+ Assess level of template and process adherence.
+ Identify opportunities for improved adoption of standard processes and template while minimizing local variation/deviation.
**Template Governance**
+ Responsible for maintaining the integrity of the template.
+ Field or initiate template change requests, develop and present (or support the presentation of) template change STPs to the relevant governance bodies for review and approval (to be defined) as related to the Americas implementation.
**Strategic Input Deployment involvement**
+ Champion Global Template deployment in Americas in line with the Deployment Methodology.
+ Drive program early engagement activity.
**Key accountabilities**
- REQUIRED MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Education and Experience:
+ Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or a related field of study with 10+ years progressive leadership experience, to include 5+ years in a business transformation projects capacity (preferably in consumer goods/FMCG sector)
+ Must be 21 years of age or older
Knowledge of:
+ Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, & PowerPoint) and Microsoft Teams
+ SAP 4/HANA
+ Signavio
+ Finance processes and SAP S/4HANA functionality
Skilledin:
+ Delivery of business process ownership for large scale business transformation projects
+ Stakeholder management, with the ability to articulate key messages to all levels of the organization (both positive and difficult messages)
+ Aligning data definitions and their use within reports and understanding data types and managing them through Data Governance Forums
+ Verbal and written communication skills
+ Problem solving/situation analysis and priority setting
+ Interpersonal skills
Ability to:
+ Extract and collect reporting requirements from senior stakeholders and Finance team
+ Document and communicate the solution overview and functional design
+ Understand business transformation programs, not just technology or software implementations
+ Ability to manage risks and issues
+ Operate comfortably across wide variety of levels within the organization
+ Travel as needed
- PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Education and Experience:
+ Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting with 10+ years progressive leadership experience, to include 5+ years in a business transformation projects capacity
**Skills & experience**
+ Requires light physical effort. Occasionally lifts or moves light objects (under 10 lbs.).
+ Walks, sits, or stands for prolonged periods.
+ Requires prolonged machine operation including computer and keyboard equipment as well as use of manual dexterity and fine motor skills.
