Key Responsibilities:
Executive Support: Provide high-level administrative assistance to executives, including managing complex calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements. Finance & Accounting Support: Assist with financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and other accounting functions. Prepare financial statements, summaries, and reports for executive review. Client Relationship Management: Act as a primary point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth communication and strong relationship-building. Support client needs and assist with delivering exceptional service. Data Management & Reporting: Organize and maintain financial records, ensuring they are easily accessible and up-to-date. Prepare reports, summaries, and key metrics related to finance and accounting for executive leadership. Project Coordination: Assist with the coordination of finance-related projects, ensuring all deadlines, deliverables, and resources are managed effectively. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for enhancing financial processes, ensuring accuracy and operational efficiency. Contribute to the development of financial best practices. Research & Analysis: Conduct research and financial analysis to support business decisions, helping executives understand market trends, financial risks, and opportunities. Communication & Correspondence: Draft and respond to emails, memos, and other correspondence on behalf of executives and clients, ensuring clarity and professionalism in all communications. Confidentiality & Compliance: Handle sensitive financial and client information with the highest degree of confidentiality, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and firm policies.
