If you are an experienced Finance Co-ordinator looking for a part-time role with flexibility within a friendly team, this could be a great move for you.
We are working with a membership organisation who are seeking someone to join them on a part time basis, 3 days a week, for 6 months during a transitional period.
Their offices are based in the heart of the City close to Cannon Street and Monument stations with staff working on a hybrid basis.
We are keen to receive applications from candidates who have at least 3 years’ experience in a similar role.
What you will do:
Working as part of a small team your responsibilities will include the following:
Invoicing and resolving any related queries Reconciliations and compiling reports Updating the CRM systems and communicating with members Assisting with projectsWhat you will need:
Experience in a similar Finance role A self-motivated and organised approach to your work Strong communication skills and the ability to build working relationships A willingness to “pitch in” and help out wherever is needed
