Role Overview: CTG is looking for a Finance Consultant with expertise in MS Dynamics 365 to join our vibrant team. Collaborate with our passionate and motivated consultants on cutting-edge Microsoft D365 projects. Key Responsibilities: Play a crucial role in the entire implementation lifecycle as a Finance Consultant MS Dynamics 365 (AX). Map customer needs and design solutions using standard MS Dynamics 365 (AX) features, performing Fit-Gap analysis and preparing blueprints. Initiate the development and configuration of the D365 solution, collaborating closely with technical consultants for customizations and integrations. Support clients during the transition by training key users, assisting in validation, and designing and implementing migration plans. Successfully guide customers before and after the go-live phase. Qualifications: A bachelor’s or master’s degree with a strong financial background or ICT component. Over 3 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (AX) implementations within the finance domain. Knowledge of solution design, configuration, and testing. A strong hands-on mentality and analytical capacity. Results-driven with an eye for risk and quality. Stress-resistant, assertive, and proactive, with strong ambitions to contribute to a success story. Willingness to travel. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. In addition to salary, a competitive benefit package is also offered.
