What your day looks like
You will work within the Sales Office (SO) to ensure that operational and financial controls are in place and are in accordance with SOX and the company’s principles and practicesProvide timely and accurate inputs or propose solutions to Head of Sales Finance on ongoing initiatives, SO concerns, and potential areas of improvement in the Sales Area of ResponsibilityPerform audits on financial transactions to ensure compliance through Trade AR Confirmation and surprise stock count in Panel and WarehouseGive foresight and protect business from internal and external risks, through predictive analytics and reportingCreate and monitor a system of controls and procedures for the management of the company assetsEnsure compliance on regulatory requirements such as LBT, CWT and Business PermitPrepare regular and ad hoc Finance-related reports as required by the business
What you need to have
You must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Business or any related University degreeYou must also have at least 3 years of work experience, handling or overseeing an accounting, financial support, or audit functionYou must also possess effective communication, presentation, training, planning and organizational skills, and controls mindsetYou must be open to do fieldwork as deemed needed; knows how to drive is a plus

Generally Mondays to Fridays, 8AM - 5PMSaturdays, 8AM - 12NNBased in Legaspi Sales OfficeFull onsite work arrangement
