What You’ll Do

As a Finance Controller, you will support plant operations and provide finance support through finance partnership, reporting, and cost controls. You will be responsible for supporting both Supply and Wolf Lake, IL Operations relating to trade working capital and RCCP. Other duties include:

Demonstrate and/or lead the commitment to the pursuit of achieving Zero Harm through behavioral based safety. Ensure compliance with applicable Company HSE Performance Standards, as well as applicable acts and regulations. Live and foster the IPL Corporate Values. Manage monthly full close process for Wolf Lake, IL plant, including JEs, scrap review, production settlements Serve as Finance Partner to Initiation Systems (IS) Supply Chain to support Trade Working capital projects(Inventory), understand inventory min-max, build monthly KPI chart Support IS Supply chain RCCP team to review MFG production forecast and plant allocations, challenge the data set and assist IS Finance director with forecast impact. Support IS Finance Director create automated IS reporting, including KPI slides, and One pager waterfall chart to reflect current month, YTD, and FYXX Forecast Lead and manage host process for IS MFG, be able to sync planful and SAP, create new report as needed Manage KEY Tracking Bex review and actions

Lead Costing process during budget, including activity rate calculation, running RM analysis, hourly rate and etc.

Review financial results and key financial metrics with Senior Management

What We’re Looking For:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Business Management CPA or CPA in progress and/or Master Degree Preferred 5 years’ experience with Finance Controller activities Ability to communicate and influence all levels of the organization, leadership and staff level positions, and convey financial/accounting data to non-finance employees Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) Broad knowledge of financial accounting standards (IFRS) and government regulations Knowledge of SAP, Hyperion, Host Analytics
Positive attitude, friendly demeanor, and a team player
