The Opportunity:
You will perform, coordinate and monitor month end closing tasks. Assuring timely and accurate submission in accordance with DIS, FGAR (internal reporting rules based on IFRS) and other associated Global guidance.You are a local key contact for Group functions (e.g. Country Chief Accountant, Shared Service Centre) to coordinate on financial reporting etc.You will prepare financial reports/presentations for the affiliate to track and analyse the actual performance against budget, forecasts and KPIs, with focus on cost controlling.You will maintain robust financial reporting systems, processes and financial controls that are geared towards continuous improvement, centralization and automation and to ensure integrity and reliability of financial statements and information.You will coordinate and setting the process, timeline and clarity of the deliverables of annual budget processes for the finance and the organizationYou will proactively provide developed, automated and enhanced standard/management reporting to support business operations, continuous improvements based on market development and needs.You will identify and analyse inefficiencies and drive continuous improvements, through standardized processes and tasks in the area of Finance Controller role in Subregion South EastYou will work across the Subregion South East Finance Analysts Chapter to ensure that technological advances are integrated in insights generation processes.Who You Are
3+ years working experience and solid understanding of management and financial accounting as well as affiliate financePossess advanced controlling and reporting skills and expertly manage system landscape used by affiliates incl. BI tool know-how (e.g. tableau)Systems thinking – understands interdependencies within and above the affiliate. Establishes streamlined and harmonized financial processes and systems across the subregionKnowledge of SAP, Tableau, Sales Force, and Microsoft Office will be preferredExcellent verbal and written communication skills in English & PolishINTERESTED?
