About the Role:

Are you ready to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our destination? As a Finance & Data Administrator, you'll be at the heart of our operations, driving our asset management strategy and ensuring our site remains a top-notch, vibrant, and safe environment for businesses and customers alike.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the Finance & Data Manager to oversee finance and data management.Participate actively in the Management Team, shaping our strategic vision.Manage service charge and car park budgets, delivering precise financial reports.Innovate and propose enhancements for operational efficiency.Drive car park income reporting, ensuring alignment with business plans.Support Health & Safety compliance, enhancing safety standards.Develop and refine procedures for optimal financial management.
 

What You'll Need:

3 years of administrative experience.AAT or A Level standard; a third-level qualification is desirable.Strong IT skills, particularly Excel.Innovative mindset with strong analytical skills.Team player with effective communication capabilities.
