You will report directly to our Chief Financial Officer of\nthe PSS Business Unit, and you will work out of our headquarters in Charlotte,\nNorth Carolina on a hybrid work schedule.
In this role, you will impact the PSS business unit by\nproviding financial guidance and support, contributing to improving business\nperformance and profitability. Your strategic decision-making and financial\nanalysis skills will help identify cost-saving opportunities and drive process\nimprovements within the finance function. This will result in increased cost\nefficiency and enhanced overall financial effectiveness.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Lead and manage the Financial Planning and Analysis team\nwithin the PSS business unit, providing financial guidance and support to drive\nbusiness performance and profitability.
• Develop and implement financial strategies, policies, and\nprocedures to optimize financial planning and analysis operations and improve\ncost efficiency within the PSS business unit.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams within the PSS\nbusiness unit to drive process improvements, identify cost-saving\nopportunities, and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
• Provide financial analysis and insights to support\ndecision-making and drive continuous improvement in financial performance\nwithin the PSS business unit.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting\nprocesses for the PSS business unit.
• Partner with senior leadership within the PSS business\nunit to develop and execute strategic initiatives to enhance financial\neffectiveness and drive business growth.
YOU MUST HAVE
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in finance, with at least\n5 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of financial planning and analysis\nprinciples, cost accounting, and financial analysis.
• Proven track record of driving financial performance and\nprocess improvements in a complex organization.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal\nskills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional\nteams and influence decision-making at all levels of the organization.
