\n \n Job Description

The Finance Director leads the budgeting, forecasting, long-term planning, and business strategic analysis of the financial team. This role is responsible for providing direction to a team and partnership with various departments/operations leaders throughout the organization on the overall planning, monitoring, evaluation, and reporting of departmental and overall performance. The role will need to be hands-on in conducting financial analysis, modeling, forecasting, and reporting.

\nKey Responsibilities\n\nLead the development and execution of the Annual Operating Plan, aligning financial planning with the company’s strategic objectives.\nOversee and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasting cycles, ensuring accuracy and actionable insights.\nMaintain, improve, and automate reporting models and tools used to analyze financial performance across the business.\nPartner closely with department heads and operational leaders to support planning and decision-making through robust financial analysis.\nIdentify and communicate drivers of financial performance, risks, and opportunities, while recommending solutions to improve outcomes.\nLeverage tools like Power Query, D365, and OneStream to streamline processes, increase efficiency, and enhance financial visibility.\nSupport the VP of FP&A, and other executives with ad hoc financial research, scenario modeling, and data interpretation.\nEnsure confidentiality and integrity in the management of sensitive financial data.\n\n Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

\n\nBachelor’s degree is required with a focus in Accounting or Finance. MBA, CPA, or CFA preferred.\nMinimum of 5 years of progressive financial experience, including leadership of FP&A functions.\nPrior experience leading, supervising and developing FP&A team.\nDemonstrated success with performing financial analysis and reporting.\n\n

Skills / Other Requirements

\n\nSolid knowledge of US GAAP and financial reporting best practices.\nHighly analytical and detail-oriented, with the ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.\nProficient in handling large data sets using Power Query, and OneStream for data transformation, analysis, and reporting.\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrating the ability to build strong cross-functional partnerships.\nAdvanced skills in Microsoft Excel, and strong proficiency with Word, Outlook and PowerPoint\nFamiliarity with Microsoft D365; experience with other large ERP systems is a plus.\n\n
