Summary: Seeking a Finance Director to lead and manage financial operations, reporting, and strategic planning for business growth.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline. 5 to 8 years of experience as a Finance Manager/CFO. Extensive knowledge of general financial and cost accounting. Proficient with accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite. Must be able to work in the U.S.

Preferred Skills:

Knowledge of Hyperion Financial Management, SAP or other ERP systems. Italian language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities:

Lead finance team covering treasury, planning, analysis, accounting, audit, tax, and risk management functions. Implement accounting policies and systems for scalability and compliance. Ensure accurate project financial reporting and billing. Monitor company KPIs including orders, revenues, invoices, and margin of projects. Drive continuous improvement in operations and profitability initiatives. Manage cash flow forecasting for liquidity assurance. Oversee tax compliance across various jurisdictions.

Pay Details: $125,000.00 to $150,000.00 per year
