Requirements What We’re Looking For: + 3–5 years of experience in non-profit accounting with a strong understanding of NFP and grant funding compliance. + Audit experience and the ability to confidently present and explain financials to internal teams and external agencies. + Leadership experience is welcomed but not required—key focus is on accounting, reporting, and compliance. + Proficiency in GMS software and a commitment to accuracy and detail.
