This is a unique opportunity to lead and shape\nthe financial aspects of our integrated supply chain, making a significant\nimpact on the organization's performance.

You will report directly to our VP of Supply Chain and\nyou'll work out of our Houston, TX location on a Hybrid work schedule.

In this role, you will impact the financial performance and\noptimize supply chain operations within the Industrial Automation business\nunit. By providing financial guidance and support, you will contribute to\nimproving business performance and profitability. Your strategic\ndecision-making and financial analysis skills will help identify cost-saving\nopportunities and drive process improvements within the supply chain, resulting\nin increased cost efficiency and enhanced overall supply chain effectiveness.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead and manage the Integrated Supply Chain Finance team\nwithin the Industrial Automation business unit, providing financial guidance\nand support to drive business performance and profitability.
• Develop and implement financial strategies, policies, and\nprocedures to optimize supply chain operations and improve cost efficiency\nwithin the Industrial Automation business unit.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams within the\nIndustrial Automation business unit to drive process improvements, identify\ncost-saving opportunities, and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
• Provide financial analysis and insights to support\ndecision-making and drive continuous improvement in supply chain performance\nwithin the Industrial Automation business unit.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting\nprocesses for the Integrated Supply Chain organization within the Industrial\nAutomation business unit.
• Partner with senior leadership within the Industrial\nAutomation business unit to develop and execute strategic initiatives to\nenhance supply chain effectiveness and drive business growth.YOU MUST HAVE
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in finance, with at least\n5 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of supply chain finance principles, cost\naccounting, and financial analysis.
• Proven track record of driving financial performance and\nprocess improvements in a complex, global organization.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal\nskills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional\nteams and influence decision-making at all levels of the organization.
