The PositionThe Opportunity
The Finance Enterprise Partner (FEP) serves as key business partner to the
commercial organization.
As an FEP, you leverage your in-depth business understanding combined with financial expertise in driving initiatives forward that are critical to delivering our commercial strategy. The FEP builds networks across the organization (including the Finance Excellence Partner), to share best practices and co-create solutions that generate value for the affiliate, the enterprise and the customer. As FEP, you are a trusted thought partner to business stakeholders and have close contact with customers, where you will ensure efficient resource allocation and maximum impact along the customer journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with the business and support or co-lead touchpoints alongside the
Customer journey with an enterprise mindset.
- Balance resource allocation across competing priorities and provide advice on
Financial implications of proposed business activities
- Key partner for developing a coherent affiliate commercial strategy as well as Commercial business related processes such as business planning, opportunity prioritization and creative strategies for revenue generation.
- Ensure financials are on track to achieve targeted business results and Metrics or advice on deviations and corrective actions
- Participate in FEP communities to learn, share and implement best practices
across markets
- Support the business and customers in co-creating new business models,
quantifying value, and providing pricing transparency
- Stimulate behaviors across the organization aligned with financial objectives.
- Monitor and manage customer performance via the contract life cycle with a
Profitability and outcomes based perspective.
Who you are
- 5-7 years of experience in similar role.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, commercial and customer centric mindset with an
ability to put all available financial and operational information into a holistic
picture.
- Strong business and financial acumen. Experience working with and for the
customer.
- Knowledge and expertise of local healthcare system, market dynamics, and
competitor landscape
- Strong analytical skills and data driven decision maker.
- Systems thinker understanding the downstream and upstream impact.
- Actively seeking input and building relationships with other stakeholders in the ecosystem.
- Negotiation skills with an ability to support successful win-win outcomes.
- English & French language written and spoken
