Finance Excellence Co-op - Learning & Communications
WHAT YOU'LL DO

​​The Finance Excellence Co-op - Learning & Communications will work with the Finance Excellence team, focusing on supporting the Finance Learning & Development (i.e., curriculum, operations, production of class offerings, and much more) and Communications programs, as well as various FinEx team projects. Primary responsibilities include:

​Assist Finance L&D team with creation of class registration links, sending and managing Zoom invites, and tracking attendance/feedback in SABA

​Provide production support on virtual, Zoom classes, which may consist of managing breakout groups, recording sessions, and addressing simple administrative questions from participants and/or instructor

​Create and manage learning journeys in WW Finance Academy on Edcast, a learning experience platform

​Manage and update Finance L&D calendars with regards to miscellaneous updates and changes

​Monitor and respond to requests submitted through the Finance L&D email inbox

​Support development of new L&D offerings and improvement of existing offerings through analysis of L&D KPIs, feedback, and engagement with vendors

​Support functional communications across various platforms, including email, Slack and others

​Tracking open rates, click rates, among other communications data points

​Support continued development and maintenance of Worldwide Finance microsite

​Assist with ad-hoc Finance Excellence Team projects (i.e., policy updates, comms, risk management, etc.)

YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)
​​Must be an undergraduate student currently enrolled in Northeastern University and approved by the university to participate in the January to June 2025 co-op cycleMust be pursuing bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, or related field. Class or work experience in strategy, marketing, learning and development and/or customer service preferred ​Proficiency in MS office applications (i.e., Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, SharePoint) ​Strong attention to detail, flexibility, and the willingness to be an active team player ​Excellent time management skills; must work well with deadlines ​Interest in Finance, L&D, customer service, and communication tools (i.e., Salesforce, Edcast, learning management systems, and more) ​Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written​
YOU'LL WORK WITH
​The Finance Excellence Co-op - Learning & Communications will work primarily with the Finance Organization & Communication team, focusing on the operations and management of BCG’s Finance Learning & Development (L&D) and Communications programs. This role will include collaboration with colleagues in each of our Finance sub-functions (i.e., Accounting, Planning, Finance Systems, etc.). You will also routinely engage with senior members of the Finance Excellence Team on various miscellaneous team projects including Policy & Risk. ​
