Job Description & Summary

We are seeking a dynamic Finance Executive to join our internal finance team.The chosen candidate will assist with day-to-day finance related tasks and periodical reporting.

Keep accurate records for transactions

Ensuring accurate and timely processing and payment of supplier invoices

Assisting with a variety of finance reconciliations as required, including prepayments, accruals, petty cash and staff accounts

Handle accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

Support month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.

Coordinate daily activities with other members of the Finance team to ensure smooth operation and timely completion of tasks.

Communicate effectively with team members to prioritise workload and address any issues or challenges.

Perform ad-hoc financial support and reporting as required.

About You

An accounting qualification or be in the process of obtaining such a qualification

Finance related courses/diplomas will be considered an asset

Ideally, at least 1 year of experience working in a similar role

Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, especially Microsoft Excel

Working knowledge and experience with Oracle will be considered an asset

Strong analytical skills

Attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, strong ability to multitask and deal sensitively with confidential material

Strong verbal and written communication skills

The ability to prioritise workload and deliver outputs within strict deadlines

The ability to proactively build relationships with all team members within PwC and work collaboratively to solve important problems in a fast paced environment
