Lendlease Malaysia is looking for candidates who are interested growing their career as Finance Executive (Accounts Payable) for Setia City Mall. If you are looking for an exciting role that works closely with a dynamic team and offers growth opportunities, this is the role for you.

In this role you will be responsible for end-to-end Accounts Payable process, ensuring all invoices are properly recorded and paid on time,  vendor management and other ad hoc finance tasks as assigned by the Finance Manager.

Role includes but not limited to:

Prepare bank reconciliation and fund request on bi-weekly basis. 

Ensure accuracy, completeness and timely record of expenses and liabilities into Accounting System.

Prepare and ensure timely payment for suppliers’ invoice as per Approval Matrix.

Work closely with internal teams as well as suppliers on invoice discrepancies and issues.

In charge of vendor creation and vendor database maintenance. 

Assists in SST and income tax submission, audit schedule and statutory reporting submission.

Assist in receptionist task.

Assist in ad hoc tasks assigned by superiors from time to time.

Requirement :

Accounting qualification

Preferably 1 year experience in similar capacity is required for this role. However fresh accounting graduates are welcome to apply.

Essential to the role is strong communication skills allowing you to partner closely with various stakeholders to ensure positive business outcomes.

You must be proactive in nature, and resourceful with a positive 'can do' attitude. You should be creative and think out of the box for new ideas and approaches to deliver maximum impact and results.
