Responsibilities The Opportunity Support Apollo project execution by: o Align specific request between project execution team and BU Fin team o Build and execute project time tables o Give visibility in progress and value capture for the project o Build and lead the exports agenda supporting MBS/HBU/CARICAM and BU Fin o Be a business partner to different teams such as Marketing, Revenue Management, Sales and other Finance Team’s providing financial visibility for decision making processes. o Give support with day to day analysis to find growth, efficiency and profitability opportunities. o Participate on several Financial planning process’ (Forecast, PIPE, and AOP) to create the strategic plan that will allow Gamesa to increase sales and profit. Your Impact As Business Unit Finance Cookies & Exports your responsibilities would consist of: • Leader of both Apollo agenda and Exports process • Understanding of multiple processes such as FP&A, Commercial Finance, Rev Management, Supply Chain, Opex Management, A&M Budgeting in order to assist team on day-to-day issues • Understanding of P&L drivers • Support where required summaries/value realization for the Apollo initiative or exports process on key business metrics • Provide leadership for the team if issues or opportunities occur that require escalation back to the Apollo/Exports stakeholders • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on ad-hoc projects as requested • Create an inclusive and collaborative environment Qualifications Who Are We Looking For? Experience • Eduacation: Engineering, Finance, accoaunting or related field • Experience managing a P&L • Advanced English proficiency • 3+ years of experience in finance, planning and/or accounting • Experience in financial systems & programs (advanced Excel & PowerBI is Preferred) • Project Management Skills (experience of working with ambiguity and managing multiple projects/tasks) • Sound stakeholder management and communication skills • Detail-oriented; organized in approach and in document maintenance • Strong leadership skills and capabilities • Highly organized and responsive, with ability to work in tight deadlines • Numerate and a lateral thinker, good at data analysis, with a strong attention to detail • Managing and coaching others If this is an opportunity that interests you, we encourage you to apply even if you do not meet 100% of the requirements.
